My name is Cassandra Scotto, and I have served as a Special Education Teacher in the DMV area since 2011. Throughout my tenure in the classroom, I have worked with students from Pre-K to 6th grade, accommodating a wide range of abilities, from self-contained environments to advanced academic programs.

Since 2022, I have expanded my professional scope to include working with school districts across the nation as a Professional Learning Specialist providing educational training and support to teachers and leaders. Grow Together Learning offers private tutoring, educational consultation, and comprehensive support services to families.

My primary passion lies in supporting families in finding effective and harmonious solutions for educational challenges. The breadth of my experience has endowed me with the skills and knowledge necessary to address the complex needs of students with special needs and their families. I am dedicated to promoting inclusive environments where every student can achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.

  • For over a decade, I have guided hundreds of families through the IEP process, created customized learning plans, and collaborated with private providers and school teams to develop the best possible support for the students that I have served. All recommendations are based on over a decade of experience in the classroom and helping families through the special education process.
